Barbara has more than 35 years experience as a quality professional. She started out in Aerospace/Defense and automotive, then added medical device and commercial manufacturing. She was a teacher in the Worcester Public schools and brings that training expertise into the manufacturing environment. She worked as Quality Manager and VP of Quality before starting BQA a Consulting and training company in 1991. She is a trainer at Quality Productivity Solutions and a contract Quality System Lead Auditor for several registrars.

FDATrainingAlert would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.
